Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and {{COMPANY_NAME}} for your use of rumpelstiltskindanceai.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least {{MIN_AGE}} years old. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe.

2. Photos you upload

You may only upload a photo if it's of you, or you have the permission of the person in it (or of the pet's owner). Don't upload:

  • photos of minors;
  • anyone else's photo without their consent;
  • sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content;
  • content meant to harass, deceive or impersonate someone.

You keep the rights you have in your photo. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it to our AI provider, only to make your clips and run the Service. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules and suspend accounts that misuse the Service.

3. Your clips

Every clip is AI-generated, and results vary. The AI may not match your photo perfectly. A full clip is a new render, so it can differ from your free preview. Subject to these terms, you may download and share your full clips. {{OUTPUT_USAGE_RIGHTS}} Please label clips as AI-generated when you post them, and follow the rules of the platforms you post on.

Clips are silent. We don't provide or license any music. If you add a song, you're responsible for having the right to use it.

4. Free preview

Each new account can get one free preview: 480p, about 5 seconds, watermarked, for viewing on the site only. We may limit free previews to prevent abuse, for example by limiting new accounts per network per day.

5. Credits and payment

  • A full clip costs the number of credits shown before you generate (currently 10 credits).
  • Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal.
  • Payments are processed by Waffo on its hosted checkout page, under Waffo's terms.
  • Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or resold.
  • Credit expiry: {{CREDIT_EXPIRY}}
  • Failed generations: {{REFUND_RULE}}
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

We may change prices in the future. Changes won't affect credits you have already bought.

6. Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, get around free-preview or account limits, or use it to violate anyone's rights or the law.

7. Not affiliated

The Service is an independent tool. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Riff Raff, TikTok, Instagram or the creators of the original Rumpelstiltskin dance video.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the {{LIABILITY_PERIOD}} before the claim.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by {{GOVERNING_LAW}}.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above, and if you keep using the Service after a change, the new terms apply.
